These terms cover your use of the Varas app ("the app"), provided by its developer ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

Using Varas

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's Media Services Terms. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app.

Your data

Your habits and history belong to you and are stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You're responsible for keeping backups. The app can create and export backups, but we can't recover data from a lost, damaged or reset device.

Not health advice

Varas is a tool for building routines. The Consistency Score, streaks and milestones are motivational, not medical or professional advice. Don't rely on the app for decisions about your health, medication or recovery.

Paid features

If the app offers paid features or subscriptions in future, purchases are handled by the App Store, and prices, billing, renewals and refunds follow Apple's terms. Details will be shown before you buy.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and notifications and widgets are subject to what iOS allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
